Russia’s Absolute Championship Berkut in 2017 had great fights and great fighters, but it was left without some great referees for its ACB 54 arena show in the UK.
British officials including Marc Goddard and Leon Roberts took a stand and boycotted the promotion because it overturned an uncontroversial unanimous decision and a cast-iron TKO at ACB 52 to no-contests.
