- 2 tbsp bee pollen
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup chard
- 1 cup kale
- 1-2 stalks celery
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 banana
- 1 peach
- 1 pear
- ½ avocado
- 4 pitted dates
- 200-300ml water, almond milk or ice cubes
2: DOPAMINE DRIVER
Coffee lovers, rejoice. This shake will satisfy your taste buds and put you in a better mood thanks to the he dopamine elevation that pumpkin seeds, caffeine and protein will provide.
- 1 scoop vanilla Apple crumble protein shake whey protein powder
- 2 shots of espresso
- ½ cup frozen banana
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup vanilla/plain almond milk
3: APPLE CRUMBLE PROTEIN SHAKE

- 200ml unsweetened almond milk
- ½ apple, peeled and chopped
- 200g (7oz) fat-free Greek yoghurt
- 1 tsp sweetener of choice
- 2 low-sugar digestive biscuits
- 1 ripe banana
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp xanthan gum
- 6-8 ice cubes
