  • 2 tbsp bee pollen
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup chard
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1-2 stalks celery
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 peach
  • 1 pear
  • ½ avocado
  • 4 pitted dates
  • 200-300ml water, almond milk or ice cubes



2: DOPAMINE DRIVER

Coffee lovers, rejoice. This shake will satisfy your taste buds and put you in a better mood thanks to the he dopamine elevation that pumpkin seeds, caffeine and protein will provide.

  • 1 scoop vanilla Apple crumble protein shake whey protein powder
  • 2 shots of espresso
  • ½ cup frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup vanilla/plain almond milk



3: APPLE CRUMBLE PROTEIN SHAKE
