After the departure of Canadian-Irish MMA coach Eric O’Keefe from Tristar in Montreal in 2016, some of the team’s overseas talent begun to leave too. Joe Duffy, Tom Breese and Arnold Allen all quit Firas Zahabi’s camp in support of the man they saw as a father figure.
'Bones' Back Early 2017
At time of going to print, Jon ‘Bones’ Jones’ legal team had confirmed that the NSAC had tested and confirmed a tainted supplement had indeed caused his positive drug test ahead of UFC 200, opening the doors for a swift return at UFC 208 in January.
Brock’s new PED excuse
Brock Lesnar’s defense for his failed UFC 200 drug test has changed. After first suggesting asthma medication could have caused his positive test, he requested eye medication and foot cream be tested. His hearing with the NSAC was postponed as a result.
