All 28 athletes successfully made weight at the first time of asking ahead of tomorrow night's Cage Warriors 169 card.

The promotion return to the English capital with an exciting 14 bout fight card which includes many notable names.

At the top of the bill former Featherweight champion Jordan Vucenic returns to the cage and faces Simeone D'Anna. Since his brutal loss to Paul Hughes at Cage Warriors 145, Vucenic has had two second round submission wins against Tiziano Ferranti and Brice Picaud. D'Anna travels to England looking to upset the applecart and add to his impressive three fight win streak. The victor on Saturday night will no doubt have one eye on the promotion's May 25th card in which Harry Hardwick and Zafar Mohsen will battle it out for the Cage Warriors Featherweight World Title.

The co-main event of 169 plays host to an exhilarating Flyweight bout against two of the biggest unbeaten prospects at 125lbs. Lone'er Kavanagh became a fan favourite from the first time he pulled on the yellow gloves when he faced Ryan Morgan at Cage Warriors 134. His in, out style makes for eye-catching viewing and presents a difficult task to anyone standing over the cage from him.

Shawn Marcos Da Silva will be looking to hand Kavanagh his first professional defeat. The 28-year-old star potential was unlocked from his first dance to the cage at Cage Warriors 151. Extremely charismatic outside of the cage, the second the door locks it is strictly business for Da Silva, and with two promotional wins under his belt already, a third against Kavanagh could well put him in line for a title shot.

Elsewhere on the card, Will Currie is back in action against Leon Aliu. After losing out on the title to Mick Stanton at the start of 2023, 'Drago' managed to make significant steps to earning another shot at Cage Warriors gold with wins over Jorge Bueno and Wallison Henrique. Standing in his way, Aliu will be looking to build a winning streak of his own, on the back of his unanimous decision win against Alan Carlos.

Darren Stewart will make the walk to the Cage Warriors cage for the 6th time in his second tenure with the promotion. After parting ways with the UFC in 2021, Stewart was back to Cage Warriors and dropped a unanimous decision loss to Mick Stanton in is return. Since then, 'The Dentist' has build an impressive four fight win streak. Tomorrow night, he will face the highly experienced Carlos Pereira.

Thomas Paull will eventually make his promotional debut, against Dimitry Solimeis. Paull has been deaf since birth and his rise through the domestic scene accompanied by his incredible story has captured the imagination of many fight fans.

Prospects Jimmy Quinn, Tom Creasy and Tariq Pell will also feature.
