All of the fights are set to go ahead on Friday night as the Bellator Champions Series debuts in Paris, France.

Thibault Gouti was the only fighter to miss weight after he came in just under two pounds heavier than the lightweight limit at 157.7.

He will be fined a percentage of his purse but his bout with Archie Colgan will still go ahead as planned.

In the main event, Patchy Mix puts the Bellator bantamweight title on the line against Magomed Magomedov.

The pair last met in the semi-finals of the bantamweight World Grand Prix in December of 2022 where Mix secured the submission win via a guillotine choke in the second round.

That win was part of a six-fight winning streak that Mix is currently on after suffering his first defeat to Juan Archuleta.

With recent victories and finishes over the likes of Sergio Pettis, Raufeon Stots and Magomedov, Mix is considered to be one of the very best, if not the best, bantamweights in the world.

Both fighters weighed in at the championship limit for bantamweight of 135 pounds.

In the co-main event, Cédric Doumbé returns to the French capital with hopes of putting his first loss in MMA, and a controversial one at that, behind him.

He takes on Bellator veteran and former LFA champion Jaleel Willis in what is sure to be the most anticipated fight of the night for the French fans in attendance at the Accor Arena.

For their catchweight contest, Doumbé weighed in at 175.5 whilst Willis came in a little under at 174.6 pounds.

The other big match-up to keep an eye on is the fight that is being billed as a number one contender's fight in the middleweight division.

Gregory Babene and Costello van Steenis both weighed in below 186 pounds to make this one official with the winner going on to face the champion in the near future, presumably after Fabian Edwards gets his rematch with the current titleholder, Johnny Eblen.
