Another week of Dana White's Contender Series and another set of five contracts for the winners at the UFC Apex.
Four finishes and one impressive performance over three rounds saw each winner earn their place on the roster once again this season.
In the opening contest, Jacobe Smith lived up to the hype as a freak athlete with tons of potential and a dominant style.
He was in control from the very start of his fight with Christien Savoie and was relentless with his offence to find the finish in the second round.
Third time was the charm for Torrez Finney who becomes the first fighter in Contender Series history to win three fights on the show.
His performance earlier in the season had Dana White doubting his ability to compete at this level but against Abdellah Er-Ramy, he left no doubts by dominating the fight and getting his man out of there in the first round.
The one decision of the night went the way of David Martinez who despite not being able to get the finish, impressed the UFC bosses by showcasing his skillset against Xavier Franklin.
He now becomes one half of the UFC's first ever brother-sister combination on the roster by joining strawweight Melissa Martinez.
Slick submission specialist Alberto Montes continued his streak of getting the tap after ending a great grappling-heavy contest against Carlos Calderon with a beautiful anaconda choke.
Finally, the light heavyweights closed the show and after a slow pace for the majority of the fight, the undefeated Diyar Nurgozhay out of Kazakhstan ended things in the blink of an eye with a head kick finish over Bartosz Szewczyk.
