Welsh featherweight Jack Shore is set to return in just over three weeks for his ninth bout inside the UFC Octagon.

"Tank" has been out of action since his second loss in the promotion which came at UFC 301 in Brazil earlier this year.

After defeating Makwan Amirkhani in March of last year on his featherweight debut, Shore was out for over a year after having his first child several months later.

The former Cage Warriors champion faced the tough task of locking horns with Joanderson Brito in Brazil where the fight was controversially stopped by the doctor due to a cut on his shin.

Shore will now look to get back in the win column when he faces another highly regarded contender at 145-pounds in Youssef Zalal.

"The Moroccan Devil" recently returned to the UFC after a three-fight skid ended his initial run with the promotion.

Rebound with a series of finishes on the regional circuit, he has secured back-to-back rear-naked chokes over Billy Quarantillo and Jarno Errens inside the Octagon.

This big match-up at featherweight is the latest addition to the UFC Fight Night on November 2 that will be hosted at Rogers Place in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

The main event sees former UFC flyweight champion Brandon Moreno return to face Amir Albazi who is undefeated in the UFC at 5-0.

In the co-main event, it's a huge fight in the female flyweight rankings as Rose Namajunas takes on Erin Blanchfield.

With what should be an electric crowd in Edmonton, this is shaping up to be a Fight Night event that you can't afford to miss.
