The landmark 100th event at the UFC Apex delivered several impressive finishes that marked out some new contenders in their weight classes.
In the main event, it was all about Carlos Prates' incredible rise up the welterweight division following his Contender Series debut last year.
The Brazilian earned his fourth consecutive win and finish inside the Octagon, stopping Neil Magny in the first round in a display of his devastating power.
Prates will have earned himself a top 15 ranking at welterweight and looks to be one of the most impressive imports from the Contender Series in recent years.
In the co-main event, Reinier de Ridder announced his arrival in the UFC by submitting Gerald Meerschaert in the third round.
The former ONE Championship star was involved in a back-and-forth fight but against a fellow submission specialist, he was able to secure an opportunistic arm triangle.
Elsewhere on the main card, Gaston Bolanos and Gillian Robertson earned dominant decision victories whilst Mansur Abdul-Malik continued his momentum from this year's season of the Contender Series by stopping Duško Todorović in the first round.
Charles Radtke and Da'Mon Blackshear earned performance bonuses on the prelims for their first round finishes, alongside Prates and Abdul-Malik.
In fact, four prelim fights in a row all ended in the first round after England's Melissa Mullins opened the card with a stoppage win in the second round.
