As always, the release of the UFC's Countdown episode means that we are properly underway for a big fight week from the MMA leader.
UFC 309 goes down this weekend at Madison Square Garden where the accolades of the two men involved in the main event speak for themselves.
The heavyweight title fight between the champion Jon Jones and the former titleholder Stipe Miocic is about one thing, legacy.
The consensus greatest of all time facing off with the best heavyweight we have seen compete in the UFC and with that at stake, the Countdown preview doesn't need to provide much more context.
There may not be as much behind the scenes footage in this particular Countdown instalment but when you're recapping the incredible achievements of both Jones and Miocic, there's not much time for anything else.
Jones' focus is mostly on his injury and the recovery he has gone through over the past year with a highlight of the segment being some footage of his training with submission grappling star Gordon Ryan.
As for Miocic, he's his usual low-key self and that's represented via the growth of his long-time home of Strong Style in Ohio and the work he has put in with his close-knit team.
The co-main event sees Charles Oliveira face Michael Chandler in a rematch that is sure to deliver an exciting fight over five rounds, not that either man intends to use the full duration.
Understandably, both men look back at their first meeting from UFC 262 in 2021 where despite Chandler coming so close to becoming the lightweight champion in just his second UFC bout, it was Oliveira that claimed the vacant title by producing a stunning comeback in the second round.
Chandler also gives the Countdown cameras a look at the duality of his life where he splits his single-minded focus in the gym with being at home with his family.
For Oliveira, his first clash with "Iron" Mike saw a storybook moment come true as he finally achieved his dream of becoming the champion.
He reflects on this whilst the cameras show the incredible connection he has with the Brazilian fans who have followed his career through all of the ups and downs that have led to this point.
On November 16, they run back one of the most exciting title fights in recent memory before two titans of the sport meet for the first time.
