The UFC has announced that it will be returning to England on March 22 for a Fight Night event that will take place at the O2 Arena in London.

The English capital has been a regular destination for the promotion around this time of year although fight fans missed out on it in 2024.

This event will also take place at prime time for UK fans unlike UFC 304 that took place in Manchester this past July.

Due to having two title fights at the top of the bill, that card took place from Saturday night into the early hours of Sunday morning in order to cater for the international audience.

March's event not being a PPV card means that the promotion will likely have other plans for the interim heavyweight champion, Tom Aspinall who headlined the UFC's most recent event in London when he made his return from injury last year.

No further details have been announced yet but speculation has already begun on social media about who could potentially headline the event in Aspinall's absence.

The man who main evented UFC 304 several months ago, the former welterweight champion Leon Edwards, could be a clear option if he decides to return in March.

Fortunately, the UFC isn't short on potential names to top the bill with the likes of Paddy Pimblett, Arnold Allen, Lerone Muprhy and Michael "Venom" Page all being ranked in the top 15 of their respective weight classes.
