The UFC's event schedule for 2025 is in full flow now that the MMA leader is back in action with events coming thick and fast over the next few months.
Another headliner has now been confirmed as Marvin Vettori faces Roman Dolidze in a main event rematch on March 15 as both men look to progress at 185-pounds.
At the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, the two top 10 middleweights will look to push for a top five ranking when they run it back, as reported by MMA Fighting.
Vettori bounced back from his loss to Robert Whittaker when he defeated Dolidze at UFC 286 in London, England back in March of 2023.
"The Italian Dream" later suffered a loss to Jared Cannonier before not fighting throughout 2024 after his bout against Brendan Allen was cancelled with Chris Curtis replacing him.
Dolidze fought three times in 2024, starting the year with a majority decision loss to Nassourdine Imavov over five rounds with the Frenchman adding to his win streak.
He bounced back with consecutive wins over Anthony Smith and Kevin Holland to position himself at #10 in the rankings but a win over Vettori could be his biggest win to date.
Multiple other bouts have been confirmed for the March 15 card with Andre Lima taking on Daniel Barez and Waldo Cortes-Acosta facing Ryan Spann at light heavyweight.
Several other middleweight contests are set to take place over five rounds in the coming months, including the UFC 312 main event where Dricus Du Plessis defends the title in a rematch with Sean Strickland.
The UFC's return to Saudi Arabia this weekend also features a big clash at middleweight with the former champion Israel Adesanya taking on Imavov.
