The weigh-ins for UFC on ESPN 68 took place today at the UFC host hotel in Las Vegas ahead of tomorrow's fight card which is set to take plac at the UFC Apex.
Maycee Barber, who is scheduled to face Erin Blanchfield over five rounds in the main event, was the final fighter to weigh in. "The Future" missed the flyweight limit by 0.5 pounds.
Allan Nascimento, who will face Jafel Filho in the featured bout on the preliminary card, also missed his mark, coming in 1.5 pounds over the flyweight limit.
One fight was scrapped from the card entirely shortly before the weigh-in ceremony commenced. Trevin Giles had been due to face Andreas Gustafsson, but was forced to withdraw at the eleventh hour due to injury.
All of other fighters on the card made weight succesfully, including lightweights Mateusz Gamrot and Ludovit Klein who are set to go head-to-head in the co-main event.
The main card bout between Macy Chiasson and Ketlen Vieira had originally been booked to take place at 135 pounds, but was changed to a featherweight fight prior to the weigh-in ceremony following an agreement between both camps.
