The Professional Fighters League (PFL) went head-to-head with UFC Seattle by staging it’s own event at UPMC Events Center in Pittsburgh on Saturday night, headlined by a pair of pivotal middleweight bouts.

In the main event, former 185-pound champion Johnny Eblen made short work of promotional newcomer Bryan Battle, picking up a submission victory late in the opening round.

In the co-headliner, former PFL world tournament winner Impa Kasanganay flatlined Dalton Rosta in the first round to also add his name into the middleweight title mix.
