MMA’s most sought-after grappling coach, Pancrase Submission Wrestling world champion Ricky Lundell shows you how to tighten up your ground game with former UFC heavyweight champ Frank Mir



1. Ricky is in Frank’s half guard.  



2. Ricky adjusts his trapped leg so his calf is directly under Frank’s left knee joint. 



3. Ricky triangles his legs, making sure his right shin is deep in the pit of his left knee. Ricky simultaneously crosses his left foot over Frank’s lower left shin. This creates the lockdown position from top and traps Frank’s shin in one spot. 



4. Maintaining the lockdown, Ricky brings his right arm across Franks body.  



5. Ricky begins to roll over his right shoulder.



6. Now on his back, Ricky uses the lockdown to keep Frank’s leg elevated. 



7. Ricky pulls down on Frank’s right foot, this applies pressure to Frank’s calf and forces the tap.
