‘Bigfoot’ Silva stomps Fedor out of the Strikeforce heavyweight grand prix
If Fabricio Werdum broke the aura of invincibility surrounding Fedor, Antonio Silva absolutely smashed it to pieces. The world expected the icon to rebound from his first legitimate defeat with victory in the Strikeforce grand prix quarter-finals, but ‘Bigfoot’ mounted him and beat him up until the doctors had no choice but to stop the fight at the end of round two. ‘The Last Emperor’s’ time at the top was up.
