Stamp Fairtex is no stranger to competing for world titles.

The Thai superstar has previously won both the women's atomweight and kickboxing straps in ONE Championship, and she'll square off with Ham Seo Hee for the ONE interim women's atomweight MMA world title at ONE Fight Night 14 on Saturday, September 30 in Singapore.

The battle will mark the second time Stamp has stepped up to challenge for a belt in mixed martial arts. She challenged longtime atomweight queen Angela Lee last year, but fell to a submission loss in the second round of their bout at ONE X.

Reflecting on the lessons learned from her meeting with "Unstoppable," the 25-year-old said, "What I've learned from fighting with Angela Lee is that you have to finish as soon as you have the chance. Don't be careless, and you have to constantly look for an opponent's weaknesses.

"In that fight, I got a body blow, but I hesitated to follow through on the same spot. I hit her in the face instead. That was my biggest mistake. Another lesson for me is don't get too excited. Because I can't do anything efficiently when I'm in a panic."

Stamp has amassed two vital victories since that defeat, including a career-defining win at ONE's debut event on US shores, ONE Fight Night 10, in May.

The Fairtex standout ventured into enemy territory to meet American star Alyse Anderson in Denver, Colorado, but she was greeted with more cheers than jeers from the crowd inside the 1stBank Center.

That hero's welcome pushed her to storm through Anderson and pick up a second-round TKO via a brutal body kick.

Looking back, Stamp says that she was shocked by the response she received, and she hopes to be able to showcase her skills further when ONE returns to the US next year.

"I was really excited and surprised that the US crowd was chanting my name louder than their representative. It made me feel proud that I was their favorite. And I also learned that I was well-known in America," she said.

"I don't know why they love me that much. Maybe because I'm fun to watch, I dance during a fight, and I always play with my fans.

"I'm excited about the upcoming four shows in the US And I'm more than happy to take part again."
