OKTAGON will crown a new welterweight champion when it returns to Munich on December 7th.

OKTAGON 64 is set to go down next month at the SAP Garden in Germany where Brazil's Kaik Brito returns to the promotion.

In his last appearance for the promotion back in December of 2022, he stopped David Kozma in stunning fashion to become the welterweight champion.

Brito then vacated the title in order to fight on Dana White's Contender Series the following year.

Though his devastating power was on display once again, he was outlasted by Wales' Oban Elliott who has gone on to earn back-to-back wins inside the Octagon.

Brito has since rebounded with another stoppage victory and will look to reclaim the belt that he never lost inside the cage.

Standing in his way is fellow knockout artist Ion Surdu who comes into this fight off the back of his biggest win to date.

At one of the promotion's biggest ever events, OKTAGON 58 in June, he silenced the Czech crowd by delivering a knockout of the year contender against Kozma.

The card is also set to feature heavyweight champion Hatef Moeil who will be looking to make the first defense of his title in a rematch with Lazar Todev.
