Cage Warriors 180 is set to go down this Friday night in London but unfortunately, two of the biggest names on the card have been forced to withdraw.
The promotion is set to return to Indigo at the O2 on November 15 where the card was shaping up to be one of the biggest of the year.
A recent update from the promotion confirmed that two of the most anticipated fights have now been cancelled due to the removal of Liam Gittins and Tobias Harila.
Next Generation MMA's Gittins was set to defend his bantamweight title for the second time in the night's main event.
After Shirzad Qadrian won the Prize Fighter tournament in July, their eventual meeting was right at the top of the Cage Warriors wish list but we'll have to wait a bit longer to finally see it.
With another title fight already on the card as Andy Clamp defends the light heavyweight title against James Webb, this will now serve as the night's main event.
Gittens' teammate Adam Cullen has also lost his planned opponent in Tobias Harila who would have been making a return to Cage Warriors.
The Swedish fighter last competed in the yellow gloves back in September of last year and in seven fights with the promotion, he's become a real fan favourite.
Despite losing two of the biggest and best fights on the card, Cage Warriors 180 still looks to be a strong card with plenty to be excited about.
Stay tuned throughout the week for more updates on the card as we build towards the all important fight night on Friday.
