The PFL is set to introduce a new style of tournament for 2025 which will replace the previous season-format from previous years.
Ahead of the debut of the 2025 PFL World Tournament, the first three names have been confirmed for the brackets.
Across eight different weight class, eight fighters will compete in each tournament with a $500,000 prize waiting at the end for the victors.
This single-elimination Grand Prix style tournament will kick-off on April 3 with the opening round taking place across four events before it ends on May 1.
The semi-finals will feature on June 12, June 20 and June 27 before the finals wrap things up on August 1, August 15 and August 21.
England's Marc Diakiese was the first name to be announced for the tournament after the former UFC fighter signed with the promotion last year.
He made his debut last September with a unanimous decision win over Tim Wilde in London and at 31-years old, "Bonecrusher" still has a lot to give.
Another one of the promotion's big signings in recent years is also entering the tournament as former UFC title challenger Taila Santos looks to rebound from her loss to Dakota Ditcheva in last year's flyweight final.
The 31-year old Brazilian is sure to be back with a vengeance in pursuit of a rematch with Ditcheva.
Former PFL light heavyweight champion Impa Kasanganay is the third name to have been confirmed thus far.
He will be taking advantage of the middleweight division being put back into the PFL's tournament plans as he drops down a weight class.
After winning the championship in 2023 following a remarkable year in the promotion, he was defeated by Dovlet Yagshimuradov in the finals just over a month ago.
