Fans at T-Mobile Arena on Saturday were treated to some of the most memorable moments of the year inside the Octagon. Titles changed hands, legacies were cemented, and sparks flew during a main card packed with action from start to finish.

Let’s take a look at the biggest movers and shakers in the UFC rankings following Saturday’s event.

Alex Pereira

After reclaiming the light heavyweight title in devastating fashion in Saturday’s main event, Alex Pereira (13-3 MMA, 10-2 UFC) has climbed four spots to No. 6 in the UFC pound-for-pound rankings.

Pereira’s knockout of Magomed Ankalaev marked his fifth win in six consecutive title fights at 205 pounds, moving him ahead of featherweight champion Alexander Volkanovski on the list.

Jiri Prochazka

With “Poatan” back on top, Jiri Prochazka (32-5-1 MMA, 6-2 UFC) moves into the No. 1 contender spot in the light heavyweight rankings — a position he now shares with Magomed Ankalaev.

Prochazka’s win over Khalil Rountree Jr. (14-7 MMA, 10-7 UFC) will likely be in the conversation when it comes time to discuss Fight of the Year contenders, and it propels him past fellow challenger Carlos Ulberg (who sits in third place) in the rankings. However, if Alex Pereira does move up to the heavyweight division, Prochazka and Ulberg could find themselves fighting for the vacant light heavyweight title.

Youssef Zalal

Since parting ways with the UFC in 2022, Youssef Zalal (18-5-1 MMA, 8-3-1 UFC) has completely turned his career around. An eight-fight winning streak has brought him back to the top tier of MMA, and after earning his fifth consecutive victory since rejoining the promotion with a submission win over Josh Emmett on Saturday’s main card, “The Moroccan Devil” has climbed to No. 7 in the featherweight rankings.

4 of his wins since returning to the UFC have come by way of submission, marking the 29-year-old out as one of the most exciting talents in his division.

Joe Pyfer

After moving to 6-1 inside the Octagon with a submission win over Abus Magomedov on Saturday, Joe Pyfer (15-3 MMA, 6-1 UFC) enters the middleweight rankings at no. 15, replacing Ikram Aliskerov.

Yana Santos

A third consecutive win for Yana Santos (17-8 MMA, 7-5 UFC) on Saturday – a decision win over Macy Chaisson – sees her jump up 5 places to fifth in the women’s bantamweight division.
