There were no issues for any of the fighters who weighed in on Friday ahead of UFC Vegas 102: Cannonier vs. Rodrigues which takes place at the UFC Apex this weekend.

After the weigh-in session however, it was revealed that one of the preliminary bouts (Jared Gordon vs. Mashrabjon Ruziboev) has been cancelled due to illness on Ruziboev's side.

Middleweights Jared "Killa Gorilla" Cannonier and Gregory "Robocop" Rodrigues are set to go head-to-head in a 5-round main event. Cannonier is currently sitting in 7th place in the rankings at 185 lbs while his Brazilian opponent hasn't yet cracked the top 15.

In the co-main event, Yossef Zalal will look to build on an excellent 2024. "The Moroccan Devil" picked up 3 submission wins last year and faces an experienced opponent in Calvin Kattar who's last win came over 3 years ago.

Both Bonfim brothers, Ismael and Gabriel, will be in action, while women's MMA veteran Angela Hill tops the preliminary card against the promising Ketlen Souza.

Outside of the main event, the only other ranked male fighter on the card is Don'Tale Mayes, who puts his no. 15 ranking on the line when he faces Valter Walker in the 2nd fight on the prelims.

The weigh-in session at the UFC host hotel in Las Vegas took just 29 minutes to complete, with all but one of the fighters taking to the scale in the opning 15 minutes.
